Syarat & Ketentuan Kolaborasi Ardi Tech
Kami menyambut baik kesempatan untuk berkolaborasi dengan Brand Anda. Berikut adalah poin-poin penting mengenai sistem kerja sama kami:
1. Kolaborasi Sistem Barter
Ardi Tech membuka kesempatan kolaborasi dengan Brand melalui sistem barter, di mana Anda mengirimkan produk untuk kami ulas dalam bentuk video.
2. Ketentuan Afiliasi TikTok
Untuk memastikan kualitas konten yang efektif di platform TikTok, kami menetapkan ketentuan berikut:
- Optimalisasi Konten Video Utama: Kami fokus menghasilkan satu video konten komprehensif sebagai representasi utama produk Anda. Karenanya, kami tidak dapat mengakomodasi permintaan pembuatan video tambahan di kemudian hari. Namun, untuk keperluan internal dan dengan komunikasi yang baik, kami mungkin dapat membuat konten tambahan secara sukarela tanpa kewajiban pemberitahuan atau instruksi dari Brand Anda.
- Alokasi Video Berdasarkan Nilai Produk: Untuk produk dengan nilai di bawah Rp800.000, kami akan mengalokasikan satu video konten. Video ini dirancang untuk menampilkan produk secara optimal dan dilengkapi tautan keranjang kuning untuk memfasilitasi transaksi. Untuk produk dengan nilai di atas Rp1.000.000, pembuatan video konten tambahan dapat didiskusikan dan disepakati bersama.
- Kebijakan Produk Non-Brand dan Nilai Tertentu: Mohon maaf, saat ini kami belum dapat membuat video untuk produk non-Brand, serta produk dengan nilai di bawah Rp100.000.
3. Sistem Barter + Komisi untuk Live Streaming
Kami membuka kesempatan kolaborasi barter khusus untuk produk live streaming yang saat ini bersifat gratis. Kolaborasi ini berdasarkan sistem komisi minimal 10%, di mana produk Anda akan kami bawakan dalam sesi live Ardi Tech.
4. Kepatuhan Terhadap Regulasi Platform
Ardi Tech selalu mematuhi ketentuan dan regulasi dari setiap platform tempat konten ditayangkan. Semua konten ulasan akan disesuaikan dengan kategori yang relevan dengan kanal Ardi Tech, yaitu:
- Gadget dan teknologi
- Peralatan rumah tangga
- Aksesori gadget
5. Ketentuan Kepemilikan Produk
- Semua produk yang diterima dari Brand akan menjadi hak milik Ardi Tech sepenuhnya.
- Untuk saat ini, Ardi Tech tidak menerima sistem peminjaman produk dengan target penjualan tertentu.
- Jika Brand ingin mengajukan sistem peminjaman, wajib memilih layanan berbayar yang tersedia di laman: ardi-media.com/kerjasama .
- Produk yang telah menjadi hak milik Ardi Tech biasanya akan diberikan kepada pihak yang membutuhkan, sebagai bagian dari komitmen sosial kami.
6. Proses Pembuatan & Penjadwalan Konten
Pembuatan dan penjadwalan konten dilakukan oleh tim Ardi Tech berdasarkan:
- Antrean internal sesuai dengan urutan produk yang masuk.
- Ide konten dari tim Ardi Tech dan tim Brand boleh memberi masukan di awal.
- Informasi produk yang diberikan oleh Brand dan/atau halaman produk yang tersedia di marketplace.
Penayangan konten akan dilakukan setelah proses finalisasi atau berdasarkan urgensi konten.
7. Permintaan Sampel Produk
Tim Ardi Tech secara berkala dapat mengajukan permintaan sampel melalui fitur Sampel Gratis di platform TikTok. Ketentuan terkait permintaan sampel adalah sebagai berikut:
- Brand berhak untuk menerima atau menolak permintaan sampel dari tim Ardi Tech.
- Brand juga dapat mengundang Ardi Tech untuk mengajukan permintaan sampel secara langsung, dan akan diproses sesuai ketentuan pada poin 2 (Ketentuan Afiliasi TikTok).
- Tim Ardi Tech akan memilih produk yang relevan dan akan memprioritaskan Brand yang mengirimkan undangan (invitation) lebih dahulu melalui TikTok.
8. Ketentuan Penggunaan Konten
- Brand diperbolehkan untuk menayangkan ulang, mengiklankan, dan repost konten dari Ardi Tech tanpa perlu izin tambahan, selama tidak melakukan perubahan terhadap isi konten.
- Ardi Tech berhak memposting konten di platform lain seperti Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, atau platform media sosial lainnya, sesuai kebutuhan internal Ardi Tech.
- Ardi Tech melarang keras penggunaan konten oleh pihak ketiga (selain Brand terkait) untuk kepentingan komersial dalam bentuk apa pun, termasuk oleh reseller, dropshipper, atau pihak lain di luar lingkup kerja sama resmi.
9. Sifat & Keberlakuan Ketentuan
Syarat dan ketentuan ini bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat untuk seluruh kerja sama sistem barter.

Ardi Tech Collaboration Terms & Conditions
We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with your Brand. Here are the key points regarding our partnership system:
1. Barter System Collaboration
Ardi Tech offers collaboration opportunities with Brands through a barter system, where you send us products for video review.
2. TikTok Affiliation Terms
To ensure effective content quality on the TikTok platform, we've set the following terms:
- Primary Video Content Optimization: We focus on producing one comprehensive video content piece as the primary representation of your product. Therefore, we cannot accommodate requests for additional video creation at a later date. However, for our internal purposes and with good communication, we may voluntarily create additional content without obligation to notify or receive instructions from your Brand.
- Video Allocation Based on Product Value: For products valued under Rp800,000, we will allocate one video content. This video will be designed to showcase the product optimally and will include a yellow basket link to facilitate transactions. For products valued above Rp1,000,000, the creation of additional video content can be discussed and mutually agreed upon.
- Non-Brand Product & Specific Value Policy: We regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to create videos for non-Brand products, as well as products valued under Rp100,000.
3. Barter System + Commission for Live Streaming
We offer a special barter collaboration opportunity for live streaming products, which is currently free of charge. This collaboration is commission-based, with a minimum commission of 10%, and your product will be featured in Ardi Tech's live sessions.
4. Platform Regulation Compliance
Ardi Tech consistently adheres to the terms and regulations of each platform where content is aired. All review content will be tailored to the categories relevant to Ardi Tech's channel, namely:
- Gadgets and technology
- Household appliances
- Gadget accessories
5. Product Ownership Terms
- All products received from the Brand will become the sole property of Ardi Tech.
- Currently, Ardi Tech does not accept product lending systems with specific sales targets.
- If the Brand wishes to propose a lending system, they must select the paid services available at: ardi-media.com/kerjasama .
- Products that have become the property of Ardi Tech are typically donated to those in need, as part of our social commitment.
6. Content Creation & Scheduling Process
Content creation and scheduling are managed by the Ardi Tech team based on:
- Internal queue is based on the order in which products are received.
- Content ideas from the Ardi Tech team and the Brand team can provide input at the beginning.
- Product information provided by the Brand and/or product pages available on marketplaces.
We'll publish the content after it's finalized or if there's an urgent need.
7. Product Sample Requests
The Ardi Tech team may periodically submit sample requests via the Free Sample feature on the TikTok platform. The terms related to sample requests are as follows:
- The Brand has the right to accept or decline sample requests from Ardi Tech.
- The Brand can also invite Ardi Tech to submit a sample request directly, which will be processed according to the terms in point 2 (TikTok Affiliation Terms).
- The Ardi Tech team will select relevant products and will prioritize Brands that send invitations first via TikTok.
8. Content Usage Terms
- The Brand is permitted to re-air, advertise, and repost content from Ardi Tech without additional permission, as long as no alterations are made to the content.
- Ardi Tech reserves the right to post content on other platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other social media platforms, as per Ardi Tech's internal needs.
- Ardi Tech strictly prohibits the use of content by third parties (other than the relevant Brand) for any commercial purposes, including by resellers, dropshippers, or other parties outside the scope of the official collaboration.
9. Nature & Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions are final and non-negotiable for all barter system collaborations.
