Terms & Conditions - Affiliate Marketing @ardi.tech 

We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with your Brand. Here are the key points regarding our partnership system:

1. Barter System Collaboration

Ardi Tech offers collaboration opportunities with Brands through a barter system, where you send us products for video review.

2. TikTok Affiliation Terms

To ensure effective content quality on the TikTok platform, we've set the following terms:

• Primary Video Content Optimization: We focus on producing one comprehensive video content piece as the primary representation of your product. Therefore, we cannot accommodate requests for additional video creation at a later date. However, for our internal purposes and with good communication, we may voluntarily create additional content without obligation to notify or receive instructions from your Brand.

• Video Allocation Based on Product Value: For products valued under Rp800,000, we will allocate one video content. This video will be designed to showcase the product optimally and will include a yellow basket link to facilitate transactions. For products valued above Rp1,000,000, the creation of additional video content can be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

• Non-Brand Product & Specific Value Policy: We regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to create videos for non-Brand products, as well as products valued under Rp100,000.

3. Barter System + Commission for Live Streaming

We offer a special barter collaboration opportunity for live streaming products, which is currently free of charge. This collaboration is commission-based, with a minimum commission of 10%, and your product will be featured in Ardi Tech's live sessions.

4. Platform Regulation Compliance

Ardi Tech consistently adheres to the terms and regulations of each platform where content is aired. All review content will be tailored to the categories relevant to Ardi Tech's channel, namely:

• Gadgets and technology

• Household appliances

• Gadget accessories

5. Product Ownership Terms

• All products received from the Brand will become the sole property of Ardi Tech.

• Currently, Ardi Tech does not accept product lending systems with specific sales targets.

• If the Brand wishes to propose a lending system, they must select the paid services available at: ardi-media.com/kerjasama.

• Products that have become the property of Ardi Tech are typically donated to those in need, as part of our social commitment.

6. Content Creation & Scheduling Process

Content creation and scheduling are managed by the Ardi Tech team based on:

• Internal queue according to the order of product arrival.

• Content ideas from the Ardi Tech team.

• Product information provided by the Brand and/or product pages available on marketplaces.

• Content broadcasting will occur after the finalization process or based on urgency and relevance to current trends.

7. Product Sample Requests

The Ardi Tech team may periodically submit sample requests via the Free Sample feature on the TikTok platform. The terms related to sample requests are as follows:

• The Brand has the right to accept or decline sample requests from Ardi Tech.

• The Brand can also invite Ardi Tech to submit a sample request directly, which will be processed according to the terms in point 2 (TikTok Affiliation Terms).

• The Ardi Tech team will select relevant products and will prioritize Brands that send invitations first via TikTok.

8. Content Usage Terms

• The Brand is permitted to re-air, advertise, and repost content from Ardi Tech without additional permission, as long as no alterations are made to the content.

• Ardi Tech reserves the right to post content on other platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other social media platforms, as per Ardi Tech's internal needs.

• Ardi Tech strictly prohibits the use of content by third parties (other than the relevant Brand) for any commercial purposes, including by resellers, dropshippers, or other parties outside the scope of the official collaboration.

9. Nature & Applicability of Terms

• These terms and conditions are final and non-negotiable for all barter system collaborations.
